Kaikoura Coastline Artwork.
Over 20 sites along Kaikōura coastline – from Oaro in the south to Clarence in the north – feature significant cultural artwork. including large scale mural artwork, pou and signage to recognise significant cultural sites and visually communicate those narratives from local iwi and creation stories of the south.
Collaboration.
As one of my final projects for the Ariki Creative design team, I was able to contribute design and vector work almost a year before fabrication began.
This project was a massive collaborative effort by the Ariki team, Te Runanga o Kaikoura, Riki Manuel, Fayne Robinson, Prometal, Art Fetiche and others, and has produced a stunning result on an EPIC scale!
